I started in the real estate business in 1971. I was working as a clerk at the Norfolk & Western Railway and selling real estate part-time for Bob Fudge, Realtors. In 1973 I received my brokers license and started selling real estate full time. Bob passed away in 1984 and I purchased the office and have operated as Dave Rodkey, Realtors since then.

I have handled hundreds of listings and combined millions of dollars of all types of real estate. Since 1973 my only source of earning a living has been real estate sales/service/appraising. I have experienced many, many unusual situations and conditions and can give you the benefit of my experience in dealing with them and/or avoiding them altogether.
